Hardwire shark leaders are very basic. We start with hardened stainless steel wire (same as used for making wire forms, weed guards, and springs) and attach a hook using a haywire twist. The finished leader length is 5 foot not including the hook. The back-end is left open to attach to the leader of your choice with a haywire twist. You can pair this with a cable leader, a monofilament leader such as our land based upper leaders, or a leader of your own. These hooks are from Korea, the wire from the US, and they are tied together and packaged by Cardinal Tackle in the USA.
